Welcome to Logice. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which outline the policies for purchasing our football jerseys, shorts, socks, and customised apparel.

1. Product Representation
Please note that all product images displayed on our website or marketing materials are computer-generated representations.
The final product, including colours, may differ slightly due to variations in production processes, materials, and screen display settings.

2. Order Processing and Delivery
Our products are made to order, ensuring the highest quality and precision for each item.
Minimum quantity apply.
Please allow 2-3 months from the date of order placement to receive your products. This timeframe includes production and delivery.
Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain issues or shipping disruptions, will be communicated promptly.

3. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer and other popular payment methods.
Orders will only be processed once the payment has been successfully received.

4. Personalisation and Customisation
As we provide personalised products, any added elements to the existing product or new designs requested by the customer are considered bespoke.
A non-refundable deposit of £30.00 is required before receiving the customised first draft of the football kit. This deposit covers the design process and will be deducted from the final cost if the order is confirmed.

5. Refunds and Returns
Due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final, and products are non-refundable.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.
In the event of a fault or error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for resolution.

6. Intellectual Property
Any designs created or customised by Logice, including logos or design patterns, remain the intellectual property of Logice unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are not permitted to replicate or reproduce these designs for commercial purposes.

7. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information, including sizing, custom text, and design specifications, at the time of placing the order.
Logice is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect details provided by the customer.

8. Amendments to Orders
No changes can be made once production has commenced.

9. Limitation of Liability
Logice is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
